ONLINE GROUP CLASSES

Yin-yang yoga:

Every Wednesday 12:00 PM (CET)
60 Minutes

Join me for an hour of a balanced practice of yin and yang yoga.

We’ll move through a series of strengthening poses, linking movement to breath (Hatha Vinyasa), then make our way to ground-based yin poses, taking a few minutes in each pose to settle in, find one’s edge and go deeper within.

What you’ll need:

– A yoga mat to practice on, water and a blanket
– Comfortable clothes to move freely in
– An open mind and any level of experience

Yin yoga:

Every Thursday 7:30 PM (CET)
75 Minutes

Join me for 75 minutes of yin yoga.

We’ll move through a series of deep, floor-based stretches, each lasting 2-3 minutes, tuning into subtle sensations and finding one’s edges. Yin offers the opportunity to be with ourselves, exploring our inner worlds by using breath and stillness to compassionately experience areas of challenge.

What you’ll need:

– A yoga mat or soft surface to practice on, water, a blanket and some cushions or pillows
– Comfortable clothes to move freely in
– An open mind and any level of experience
