Yoga gift certificate
One 75-minute private session. This can be given to a friend, colleague, family member or even to a stranger. On average I spend a total of about 90 minutes with the individual, online or in person, to first check in, then to guide them in an appropriate, restorative sequence to lighten their mood and ground them in their body.
Chakra balancing through Yin-Yang Yoga
A 7-session series, meeting for 120 minutes each session. Yoga, self-reflection and personal guidance are all included. This series is to be completed over a period of two months to make the most out of the experience.
10x (90-minute) private yoga sessions
Yoga is especially beneficial when one dedicates to a regular practice. We will take the time to find what poses are best for you, as well as adjust the pace and intensity according to your body, goals and personal needs. Pay in advance for ten sessions and receive a discount of 100€. The normal price for 1:1 is 70EUR/session.
